Why do we need to distinguish “fair” trade from the “common” trade? What does the current questions of migration tell us regarding our global trade system?

How is it possible that bananas are the cheapest fruit we can buy here in Germany? Who is paying for the costs? Who are they? Where are they? Who are we? What do we know?
